If you purchase the wrong size, you may return the item to us at your own cost. We will cover the shipping fee to send you the correct size once. If a second exchange is needed, both the return and reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
Yes. We cover the cost of reshipping only for the first exchange. Any additional exchanges will require you to cover both the return and the new shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your instructor, who may have a trial gi available for you to try on before purchasing. This helps ensure the right fit and avoids unnecessary exchanges.
No. For hygiene and quality reasons, items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we typically dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
